The Winston-Salem Regional Office will continue adherence to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines which requires the use of social distancing, face coverings, hand sanitizer and requiring sick individuals to stay at home. In-person benefit service appointments must be scheduled in advance and no walk-ins will be permitted. Due to the limited waiting area, we ask that each visitor limit to one additional person to attend with them during their appointment.
