The Winston-Salem Regional Office will continue adherence to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. Virtual appointments are preferred, or you can make an appointment for in-person benefit assistance at the Winston-Salem VA Regional Office, or walk-in to meet with a representative Monday through Thursday 8 a.m.-4 p.m., and Friday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Due to the limited waiting area, we ask that each visitor limit to one additional person to attend with them during their appointment.
