(New!) VA Benefits Counselor in Saipan, CNMI
The Women Veteran Journey Map (WVJM) was an initiative undertaken by the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) to better comprehend women Veteran experiences as they transition from Service Member to Veteran. As the number of women Veterans grows, more women apply for VA benefits and services. VBA strives to better understand women Veterans' journeys and identify the moments that matter as they navigate the VA system. This journey map will help VA to identify and prioritize resources to address pain points for women Veterans.
