What Happens Next?: A Benefits Counselor will contact you within 24 hours of leaving a message or receipt of email. If your message or email is received after 2:30pm, or on a holiday, or on a weekend, you will be contacted the next business day. Benefit Counselors are available to address non-health care related inquiries related to the PACT Act, Compensation, Pension, Survivor Benefits, Claims, Appeals, and answer general VA-related questions.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) launched VRRAP for Veterans who have lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Veterans participating in VRRAP can receive education and training for high-demand occupations, which is determined by the Commissioner of Labor Statistics.
Veterans will receive up to 12 months of tuition and fees and a monthly housing allowance based on Post-9/11 GI Bill rates.
