Visitors seeking assistance from the Public Contact Team at the Seattle Regional Office are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA). VERA is a self-service portal which allows visitors to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. If you would like to set up a future meeting with a Benefits Counselor, click the following link to VA VERA to set up an appointment. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.

Our Public Contact office is accepting walk-in appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to help Veterans and family members. The Public Contact office is located on the 1st floor of the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building (1st Ave and Marion St).  Directions to the office are available here.

Veterans can continue to get information about benefits or file a claim for benefits by visiting our website at www.va.gov. Veterans with claims specific or other questions may request information via ask.va.gov or telephone at 1-800-827-1000.

Remote indentification proofing for Premium DS Logon accounts will only be available Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The Seattle Office will continue adherence to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines which requires the use of social distancing and face coverings based on COVID-19 community levels.
