Visitors seeking assistance from the Public Contact Team at the Seattle Regional Office are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA). VERA is a self-service portal which allows visitors to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. Our Public Contact office is accepting walk-in appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to help Veterans and family members. The Public Contact office is located on the 1st floor of the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building (1st Ave and Marion St). Directions to the office are available here.
