We are currently open for in-person but by appointment only, no walk-ins. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to answer questions, as well as, scheduled telephone and/or virtual benefit counseling.
Visitors seeking assistance from the Manila Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA).
