Director: Michael R. Stephens

Michael R. “Mike” Stephens was appointed Director of the Indianapolis RO on Jan. 4, 2009. Mr. Stephens leads a staff of more than 600 people and is responsible for administering benefits and services to more than 530,000 Indiana Veterans, Servicemembers, their families and survivors. He also provides fiduciary services to Veterans and their families in 14 states in the Northeast. Mr. Stephens began his VA career in 1991 as a Veterans Claims Examiner at the Des Moines RO.     

  

Assistant Director: Teria Dowdy

Teria Dowdy was appointed as the Assistant Director of the Indianapolis Regional Office in September 2019. Ms. Dowdy is responsible for the effective operation and oversight of the Indianapolis VA Regional Office, where there are currently over 600 employees serving our Veterans and their families.

 

Assistant Director: Vacant

Veteran Service Center Manager: Tameika Graves (Acting)

Tameika Graves was selected as the Acting Veterans Service Center Manager (VSCM) at the Indianapolis VBA Regional Office effective January 10, 2022. 

Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) Officer: Aryauna Herron (Acting)

Aryauna took this position in January 2022.  She leads a staff of 20 employees and is responsible for assisting Veterans with service-connected disabilities to obtain suitable employment or achieve independent living goals. 

Horace Jordan

Chief, Support Services Division: Horace Jordan

Horace Jordan took this position in June 2017. He leads a staff of 27 employees that serves over 600 Regional Office employees.

Hillary Jedicka

Fiduciary Hub Manager: Hillary Jedlicka

Hillary Jedlicka took this position in January 2017. She leads a staff of 367 employees that serve 14 Northeastern states.
