Indianapolis Regional Office Update
The Indianapolis VA Regional Office is open to the public for in-person interviews between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Walk-ins accepted. Face masks not required but subject to CDC recommendations. Veterans requesting benefits appointments should call (317) 916-3736 to schedule an appointment. Chapter 31 participants should contact their Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to schedule an appointment . VA has special services available to help Veterans who experienced military sexual trauma (MST), including specially trained claims processors to assist with VA benefits claims. Additionally, the Indianapolis VA Regional Office has local MST coordinators who can assist Veterans with benefits-related questions, assist with filing benefits claims, and provide the status of pending benefits claims. These coordinators are your advocate and can help you find and access VA services and programs.
The local MST Coordinators for the Indianapolis Regional Office are Mr. Gary Benge and Mrs. Kimberlyn (Kim) Tutt. If you are an MST survivor and need assistance with a benefits-related question or assistance in filing a claim for benefits, please contact one of our MST Coordinators at 317-916-3022.
