Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA)

Visitors seeking assistance from our Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on VERA.

To schedule an appointment, please go to VERA. You'll receive email confirmation of your appointment. You can find a link in the online scheduler to the right.

Due to the limited waiting area, each scheduled visitor is limited to one accompanied guest.

Veterans and beneficiaries can continue to interact with the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) virtually for accessing benefits information online or when filing a disability claim online. You may also obtain more information on VA benefits and services online at or you may call 800-827-1000 toll-free for assistance.

Summer Vet Fest July 26, 2023

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Veterans, come out with your families and join us at our Summer Vet Fest.

As a Veteran, you may have earned benefits provided by the PACT Act. If you join us at this event, those eligible will be able to file claims before the August 9, 2023 deadline!

If your application is granted, your benefits may be backdated to August 10, 2022. This could mean almost a full year of extra benefits!

Veterans can learn about:

  • toxic exposure screening
  • Women Veterans Program
  • mental health
  • healthcare enrollment
  • military to VA transition support and more!

Are you an Alaska Native Vietnam-era Veteran?

You may be entitled to a Native allotment selection, if you are an Alaska Native Vietnam Veteran who served between 1964 and 1971, AND have not received a Native allotment, OR are an heir to someone who meets the above criteria. For more information, visit the Bureau of Land Management website.
