VERA Appointment
Virtual Appointment Services Now Available:
Visitors seeking assistance from the Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA).
Please go to VERA - Home (force.com) to schedule an appointment. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.
The day of your appointment please report to Building 205, a Public Contact Team member will meet you and bring you to your appointment.
For virtual appointments, you'll receive either a phone call or VA video connect email with a link for your conference.
If you are having difficulty using the VERA application or want to speak to a local representative directly to ask a benefits related question, please feel free to contact us at 207-621-6938, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Drop Box
Do you only need to drop off claim related documentation? If so, and you do not require an appointment please use the VBA Drop Box found at the screening entrance to Building 205.

www.va.gov and follow the instructions for "Direct Upload Tool". Veterans will be required to create an ID.me account.
