VA’s Wilmington Regional Office (RO) is managed by the Philadelphia Regional Office. This office administers a variety of benefits and services, including Compensation and Veteran Readiness and Employment for Veterans, Servicemembers, their families and survivors in Delaware. We offer the following additional services:

  • Counseling about eligibility for VA benefits and how to apply
  • Information about VA health care and memorial benefits
  • Outreach to Veterans, including those who are homeless or at risk for homelessness and older, minority, and women Veterans
  • Public affairs

Processing Claims for Polish-Czechoslovakian Veterans

Wilmington RO’s Veterans Service Center has the unique responsibility for the nationwide processing of all service-connected claims for medical treatment eligibility for Polish-Czechoslovakian Veterans who served with the British or French forces, as required under Public Law 94–491.
