Ena Lima was appointed as Executive Director of the Boston, Manchester, and White River Junction VA Regional Offices in January 2022. In this position, she is responsible for the administration of disability compensation and veteran readiness and employment programs to nearly 481,000 Veterans and their families residing in the states of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
Ms. Lima served as the Veterans Service Center Manager for the Indianapolis Regional Office from 2010 to 2015. During her tenure, she led several vital transformation initiatives in support of the VA’s strategic goals. These multidisciplined initiatives laid the foundation for major organizational changes that transformed VBA’s operating model and improved the customer experience and service delivery to Veterans. Prior to this role, she served as the Service Center Manager of the Hartford Regional Office from 2008 to 2010. Ms. Lima began her Veterans Affairs career in July 2000, as a Veterans Service Representative at the New York Regional Office.
Ms. Lima holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and resides in the New Hampshire.

In this role she is responsible for the administration of disability compensation and Veteran Readiness and Employment programs, in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
Prior to her appointment at the Boston Regional Office, Ms. Classy served as the Veterans Service Center Manager at the Hartford Regional Office, where she was responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the Veterans Service Center.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree from Roger Williams University, Ms. Classy began her career with the Department of Veterans Affairs in 2009, at the Providence Regional Office as a Veterans Service Representative. During her tenure in Providence, Ms. Classy held progressively more responsible management positions including serving as a Rating Veterans Service Representative, Quality Review Specialist, Assistant Coach and Coach in both the Veterans Service Center and the Disability Rating Acting Site. She also was a Management Analyst with the Office of Field Operations. In this capacity she served as a liaison for multiple business lines and was responsible for the implementation of several large national transformation initiatives and projects.
Ms. Classy is a graduate of the 2015 Leadership Enhancement and Development Program (LEAD), the 2016 Leadership Enrichment and Progression (LEAP) Program, and the 2021 Assistant Director Development Program (ADDP).
Mr. Dion began his career with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration in 2001 as a file clerk. Mr. Dion throughout the years has held the positions as a Claims Assistant, Veterans Service Representative, Rating Veterans Service Representative and Supervisory Veterans Service Representative.
In September of 2019, Mr. Dion was promoted as the Veterans Service Center Manager at the White River Junction Regional Office. Mr. Dion oversees the daily operations of the Regional Office, which include the Disability Compensation Program for Veterans and their dependents within the state of Vermont.
Mr. Dion served honorably in the United States Marine Corps from August of 1995 to August of 1999. Mr. Dion resides in the state of Vermont with his wife, two daughters and son.
