Director: C. Jason McClellan
As the chief executive of the regional benefits office, Mr. McClellan is responsible for the full range of non-medical benefits and services provided to Veterans and their families living in Oklahoma. As director of the nation’s largest benefits office, Mr. McClellan leads a workforce of more than 1,300 employees in the administration of more than $2.0 billion in benefits and services, annually, to Oklahoma Veterans, and $8.5 billion in benefits and services to Veterans nationwide.

Assistant Director: Linda LoPinto
Chief operating officer responsible for the administration of benefits and services associated with Disability Assistance programs. Additional responsibilities include oversight of finance, facilities, and human capital operations.

 
Assistant Director: Judy Sikes
Chief operating officer responsible for the administration of benefits and services associated with Economic Opportunity programs.

Division Chief, Disability Assistance: Tim Clark
Senior manager responsible for the full range of disability compensation benefits and services provided to Veterans and their families. As division chief, Mr. Clark leads a workforce of 425 employees in the administration of almost $3.0 billion in benefits and services to Veterans and their families in Oklahoma and across the nation.

Division Chief, Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment: Kathy Harmon
Senior manager responsible for the full range of vocational & rehabilitation benefits and services provided to Veterans living in Oklahoma and parts of northern Texas. As division chief, Mrs. Wentzel leads a workforce of 28 employees providing rehabilitation, employment, and independent living services to disabled Veterans.

Division Chief, Education: Pam Stephens
Senior manager responsible for the full range of education benefits and services provided to Veterans and their families living in Oklahoma, plus 18 southern and western states, and the Philippines. Mrs. Stephens leads a workforce of 582 employees in the administration of more than $6.0 billion in benefits and services to more than 50% of the nation’s Veterans and their families utilizing education benefits.

Division Chief, Education Call Center: Mary Ann McMullen
Senior manager responsible for the VA Education Call Center, the nation’s only site for receiving and responding to telephone inquiries related to education benefits.  Ms. McMullen leads a workforce of 312 employees in responding to approximately 3.0 million phone calls annually. 

Division Chief, Support Service: Eddie Keefe
Senior manager responsible for administrative support operations. Mr. Keefe leads a workforce of 45 employees providing finance and facility support to 3 benefit programs and 7 worksites.

Division Chief, Human Resources: Leah Bracken
Senior manager responsible for the administration of human capital operations. Mrs. Bracken leads a workforce of 10 employees providing human capital resources support to more than 1,300 employees located at 7 facilities.

Senior Staff Assistant: Jacob Nichols
Senior advisor to the Director, Mr. Nichols manages executive-level special projects and conducts complex analytical studies for strategic initiatives.  Mr. Nichols also serves as the Public Affairs Officer.

Change Management Agent: Cindy Keeling
A senior member of the executive team, responsible for supporting the implementation of VBA’s Transformation initiatives.
