Director: C. Jason McClellan

As the Chief Executive of the Muskogee VA Regional Benefits Office, Mr. McClellan is responsible for the full range of non-medical benefits and services provided to Veterans and their families worldwide. As Director of the nation’s largest regional benefits office, Mr. McClellan leads a workforce of more than 1,300 employees in the administration of more than $10.0 billion in benefits and services, annually, to beneficiaries worldwide, including more than $2.0 billion to Oklahoma beneficiaries.

Assistant Director: Linda LoPinto

Chief Operating Officer responsible for the administration of benefits and services associated with economic opportunity programs. Additional responsibilities include oversight of finance, facilities, and human capital operations.

Assistant Director: Jason Rogers

Chief Operating Officer responsible for the administration of benefits and services associated with disability assistance and economic opportunity programs.

Veterans Service Center Manager: Tim Clark

Senior manager responsible for the full range of disability compensation benefits and services provided to Veterans and their families. As division chief, Mr. Clark leads a workforce of 348 employees in the administration of more than $3.0 billion in benefits and services to Veterans and their families in Oklahoma and across the nation.

Benefits Eligibility Support Team Manager: Dean Thompson

Senior manager responsible for entitlement eligibilty decisions affecting benefits and services provided to Veterans and their families. As manager, Mr. Thompson leads a workforce of 89 employees managing 15% of the nation's workload.

Education Officer: Robyn Noles

Senior manager responsible for the full range of education benefits and services provided to Veterans and their families living in Oklahoma, plus 18 southern and western states, and the Philippines. Mr. Noles leads a workforce of 603 employees in the administration of more than $6.0 billion in benefits and services to over 50% of the nation's Veterans and their families utilizing education benefits.

Education Call Center Manager: Eddie Keefe

Senior manager responsible for the VA Education Call Center, the nation’s only site for receiving and responding to telephone inquiries related to education benefits.  Mr. Keefe leads a workforce of 302 employees in responding to approximately 2 million phone calls annually.

Veteran Readiness & Employment Officer: Ken Fisher

Senior manager responsible for the full range of Veteran readiness and employment benefits and services provided to Veterans living in Oklahoma. Mr. Fisher leads a workforce of 22 employees providing rehabilitation, employment, and independent living services to disabled Veterans.

Support Services Division Chief: Scott Bargsten

Senior manager responsible for administrative and financial support operations.  Mr. Bargsten leads a workforce of 49 employees providing finance and facility support to 3 benefit programs and 7 worksites across Oklahoma.
