Darryl Brady was appointed Director of the Jackson RO in September 2013. He is responsible for administering benefits and services to approximately 227,335 Veterans, Servicemembers, their families and survivors in Mississippi. Of those Veterans, currently 35,271 receive monthly benefits. He is also responsible for providing Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment services, placement assistance, and independent living assistance to service-disabled Veterans in Mississippi. Mr. Brady started his VA career in 1986 at the Chicago RO.
Tammy Fowler was appointed Assistant Director of the Jacskon RO in February 2017. Prior to her recent appointment, Tammy served as the Quality Assurance Officer for the Compensation Mandatory Contract Exam Quality Program. She has also served as Assistant Veterans Service Center Manager for the New Orleans Regional Office, Quality Assuarance Chief of Site Survey, Risk Management and LoanStar. Tammy began her VA career in 1986 and has over 30 years of leadership experience.
Prior to her appointment at the Jackson Regional Office, Mrs. Robinson served as an Assistant Veterans Service Center Manager at the Montgomery Regional Office. Prior to her position in Montgomery, Mrs. Robinson was the Assistant Veterans Service Center Manager at the Hartford Regional Office. In both capacities she was responsible for assisting the Veterans Service Center Manager (VSCM) with oversight of first line managers and employees.
Mrs. Robinson began her Federal career in 2006 at the Montgomery Regional Office as a Veterans Service Representative. She then transferred to the Atlanta Regional Office in 2009. During her tenure in Atlanta, Mrs. Robinson was promoted to Rating Veterans Service Representative and Supervisory Veterans Service Representative (Assistant Coach and Coach).
Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, Mrs. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miles College; a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miles College; and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University. Mrs. Robinson is married with two children.
Chloe M. Freeman has served in this position since January 25, 2015. She supervises a team of ten professionals and enjoys working as their mentor. From 2009 to 2015, she served as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the Columbia Regional Office. Ms. Freeman began her VA career in 2008 as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the New York Regional Office. Ms. Freeman received her Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from South Carolina State University. Before accepting the position with the US Department of Veteran Affairs, she worked for South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department (SCVRD) for five years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
Demeria Williams was appointed as the Chief of the Support Services Division for the Jackson Regional Office in February 2018. Prior to her recent appointment, Demeria served as a Management Analyst for the Veterans Experience Office at VA Central Office. She has also served as the Change Management Agent for the Jackson Regional Office, Supervisory Veterans Service Representative and Senior Veterans Service Representative at the Jackson Regional Office. Demeria began her VA career in 2009 and has over 16 years of leadership experience.
