Visitors seeking assistance from the Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on VERA.

Public Contact Office Open
Our Public Contact office is currently open Monday through Friday from 9am-2:30pm to help Veterans and family members with no appointment needed.
In addition, we have staff at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center on Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays from 8am-3:30pm. They are located in the Eligibility department by the main entrance.
