Visitors seeking assistance from the Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on VERA. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.You may apply for VA benefits by visiting VA website. You may also call the VA National Call Center at 1-800-827-1000 with any claim and benefit inquiries. The call center is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Eastern time.
