Home Loans Eligibility
To qualify for a VA-guaranteed home loan, there are certain eligibility requirements for Servicemembers, Veterans, spouses, and other eligible beneficiaries.
Visitors seeking assistance from the Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on VERA to schedule an appointment. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to work with you during this time of crisis.
