The Nashville VA Regional Office is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.

You can request an in-person interview, a virtual interview, or a telephone interview by calling us directly at (615) 695-6122, or emailing  pctc.vbanas@va.gov, and providing your:

A VA representative will contact you within one business day to schedule your interview.

Additionally, you may also apply for benefits online  through va.gov, send inquiries regarding claims by emailing the VA or calling the VA National Call Center at 1-800-827-1000.
