Our Reno Regional Office is open to the public and takes walk-ins Monday to Friday 8am-4pm excluding federal holidays.  

Please use Visitor Engagement Reporting Application to schedule a virtual appointment with our Public Contact Team.

For the Las Vegas satellite office, we take walk-ins without an appointment from 8 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV (across from the Pharmacy).
