In-Person Interviews By Appointment Only

VBA will resume conducting in-person benefits counseling effective Monday, July 12, 2021, on a very limited basis while the Portland Regional Office undergoes a remodel.

These interviews by our Portland Public Contact staff will be for those customers with appointments made via our internet page:

Based on the limited space available, and the lack of any waiting area, we are currently unable to assist walk-in visitors without appointments.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRCs) will also not be available for in-person meetings at this time. Veterans should reach their VRCs directly by phone or e-mail.
