Based on Veteran feedback and the vision of MyVA, the Lincoln Regional Office has partnered with Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System to place employees at Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island Medical Centers. The employees will be at each location once a week.
The employees will be on site to answer questions about VA benefits, check the status of pending claims, and complete eBenefits enrollment. They will also be available to assist Veterans in completing applications for benefits.
Visit Office Hours for Lincoln Regional Office Co-location Employees for more information on location and office hours.
