Camp Lejeune Community Assistance Panel Meeting

Community Assistance Panel Meeting (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM):
The Community Assistance Panel will provide updates on the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry public health activities at Camp Lejeune as well as updates from the VA and Community Assistance Panel members.

Special Session (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM):
This informal session will provide Veterans and family members with an opportunity to discuss their individual concerns with VA representatives who can answer questions on healthcare benefits, the new presumptive disease rule for Camp Lejeune, and how to file a claim. The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry's scientists who conducted public health activities to understand the impact of exposure to contaminated drinking water at Camp Lejeune will also be on hand to answer questions from the public.

Public Meeting (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM):
This meeting will provide an update on the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry public health activities as well as briefings on VA healthcare and disability benefits related to Camp Lejeune. There will also be time for experts to respond to questions from the public.
