Shana Santoyo

Assistant Director: Shana Santoyo

Shana Santoyo was appointed to this position in October 2010. Previously, Ms. Santoyo was the Lead Management Analyst in the Office of Field Operations in Washington, D.C. Ms. Santoyo is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where she served three years as a Basic Training Instructor at Lackland Air Force Base.

Patrick Zondervan

Veterans Service Center Manager: Patrick Zondervan

Patrick J. Zondervan took this position in August 2010. He is responsible for oversight of the delivery of VA benefits and services, including military outreach and education benefits. Prior to joining VA, Mr. Zondervan was an enlisted member of the Judge Advocate General Corps in the U.S. Army, where he served from 1997 to 2005. His tours included both active and Reserve duty.

Linda Raffignone

Vocation Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) Officer: Linda Raffignone

Linda Raffignone took this position in September 2008. Prior to this appointment, she was a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor within the San Diego RO. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor as designated by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification, a designation achieved in 2001. She is a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Kevin McGrew

Support Services Division Chief: Kevin McGrew

Kevin McGrew took this position in June 2010. As principal adviser to the Director, he oversees the direction and operation of the RO, including the management of all financial and administrative activities. He is responsible for administration of the RO’s annual operating budget of more than $50 million.
