Darryl Brady

Director: Darryl Brady

Darryl Brady was appointed Director of the Jackson RO in September 2013. He is responsible for administering benefits and services to approximately 227,335 Veterans, Servicemembers, their families and survivors in Mississippi. Of those Veterans, currently 35,271 receive monthly benefits. He is also responsible for providing Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment services, placement assistance, and independent living assistance to service-disabled Veterans in Mississippi. Mr. Brady started his VA career in 1986 at the Chicago RO.


Tammy Fowler

Assistant Director: Tammy Fowler

Tammy Fowler was appointed Assistant Director of the Jacskon RO in February 2017. Prior to her recent appointment, Tammy served as the Quality Assurance Officer for the Compensation Mandatory Contract Exam Quality Program.  She has also served as Assistant Veterans Service Center Manager for the New Orleans Regional Office, Quality Assuarance Chief of Site Survey, Risk Management and LoanStar.   Tammy began her VA career in 1986 and has over 30 years of leadership experience.

Chloe Freeman

Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) Officer: Chloe Freeman

Chloe M. Freeman has served in this position since January 25, 2015. She supervises a team of ten professionals and enjoys working as their mentor. From 2009 to 2015, she served as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the Columbia Regional Office. Ms. Freeman began her VA career in 2008 as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the New York Regional Office. Ms. Freeman received her Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from South Carolina State University. Before accepting the position with the US Department of Veteran Affairs, she worked for South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department (SCVRD) for five years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
