2.  Is there an area on your website that shows your approved builders?

The list of builders registered with VA can be accessed under Featured Items on the Veterans Information Portal at:

3.  Where do I go to find out if VA has approved a Condo?

The list of VA approved condominiums can be accessed under Featured Items on the Veterans Information Portal at:

4.  I have not used the web page to order an appraisal.  Please instruct me on obtaining an ID (is it my VA #) and password so that I may order an appraisal.

To order an appraisal you must access the WebLGY application on the Veterans Information Portal at:

https://vip.vba.va.gov/portal/VBAH/Home

If you know your user ID and password, enter them and follow the prompts.  If you have never logged into the Veterans Information Portal, you need to setup an account.  Just follow the prompts.  For assistance, you may email the Portal Helpdesk at: vip@vbaco@va.gov or vip@vba.va.gov
