Women Veterans at VA

Event: Join us and the Fargo VA Medical Center for a joint town hall meeting and claims clinic where we will share information, listen to your feedback, and answer questions on VA disability compensation benefits, pension benefits, vocational rehabilitation and employment benefits, and health programs. Claims clinic starts at 3:00pm and the town hall meeting starts at 5:00pm.
Expected Participants: Veterans, their families, and survivors.

Joseph Bathanti has been appointed the Charles George VA Medical Center Writer-in-Residence. He'll help Veterans process their PTSD through writing poetry.
During an Amarillo VA luncheon, Veterans formed a support group and shared their personal stories about being a former POW.
U.S. Navy Veteran and swimmer, Tom Murry, created the AQUA VETS low-impact swim exercise program at the Tupelo Aquatic Center for Veterans.
