Visitors seeking assistance from the Anchorage Regional Office Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA). 

To schedule an appointment, please go to VERA. You'll receive an email confirmation of your appointment.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRCs) are available for in-person meetings in addition to virtual meetings.  Veterans shoud continue to work with their assigned VRCs to receive the maximum amount of support that will meet their Voneteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) needs.
