If you're having difficulty using the VERA application or want to speak to a local representative directly to ask a benefits related question, please contact us at 207-621-6938, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Do you only need to drop off claim related documentation? If so, and you do not require an appointment please use the VBA Drop Box found at the screening entrance to Building 205.
