Submission of Loan Packages for Prior Approval
Loan packages submitted to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for Prior Approval should be clearly identified as “Prior Approval.” We have provided a cover sheet for your convenience that should be used on all prior approval loan submissions. The cover sheet should be printed on colored paper to ensure that your loan is quickly identified and given prompt attention by our underwriters.
